| How quickly can you deliver my futon? |
We deliver within 24 hours to all parts of mainland Britain.
Futons can be built to your own specifications within 5 working
days |
| Which days do you deliver? |
Delivery is 5 days a week, Monday to Friday and we can offer
a next-day service. Saturday and timed delivery is also available
for an additional charge. Please call us for details. |
| Can I collect my futon myself? |
Yes. We can prepare your futon for collection. Monday to Saturday,
at a time that is convenient for you |
| What if I want to change my futon
for any reason? |
Just let us know within 7 days so we can arrange to take the
futon back (re-packed please). All we ask is that you pay the
transport costs.
Of course, in the unlikely event of there being a problem with
the futon and brought to our attention within 28 days, Futons-Futons
will pay all transport costs |
| Can you make accessories to go with
our new futon? |
Certainly. We can provide Bolsters and replacement Mattresses
- see Mattresses & Accessories.

| What is special about a futon mattress? |
A futon mattress is constructed using layer upon layer of
all-natural materials (wool and cotton). |
| How many layers are in the mattresses?
|
A typical 3 seat mattress has 7 layers. A 2-seater tri-fold
mattress has 5 layers. |
| What choice of cover is there? |
Futons Futons have a full range fabrics from which to choose,
and we can send you up to 5 samples for approval before we start
work on your futon. |
| Can I get a superior mattress? |
Yes, we can supply a mattress with a spring unit incorporated
within the filling materials. This type of mattress is recommended
for regular use seating or every night sleeping.
This is a special order and will take up to 7 days to be hand
made for you. |

| Do I have to order over the internet? |
No. You can telephone us on our FREE

| How do I pay for my new futon? |
Our sales staff can take your credit card details when you
call, or you can pay by cheque/cash if you prefer. |
